Len Montreal is the President of Montreal Construction Co., Inc. and a Member/Partner of Salt City Enterprises LLC, Montreal Development LLC and Allegiance Realty LLC. He oversees the overall operations of these organizations and is involved in the business development, acquisition analysis and lead negotiations for purchases, leasing, financing and partnership opportunities.

Len has been involved in the construction business since graduating Morrisville State College with a degree in Business Administration entering the field as a project manager. He has completed a wide variety of redevelopment and new construction projects for mixed-use, multi-residential, office and retail commercial properties. He enjoys spending time with his family and coaching within the skilled development program at the Syracuse Soccer Academy.

Marisa Montreal is the Principal Broker at Allegiance Realty and is a member of the Executive Committee at the Montreal Company. She has a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration from Nazareth College of Rochester.
